Solvent based epoxy primer is a two-component epoxy resin coating typically composed of epoxy resin, pigment, additives, and curing agent. Its main uses include coating floors in pharmaceutical factories, food factories, electronics factories, textile factories, offices, hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, sterile rooms, and general light and heavy load factories.

Able to withstand heavy pressure without deformation.

Excellent wear resistance and long service life.

Able to withstand the erosion of various chemical substances.
Resistant to mineral oil:
Has good tolerance to mineral oil.
Alkali resistant and solvent resistant:
Able to maintain stability in alkaline and solvent environments.
The construction methods of solvent based epoxy primer coating mainly include brushing and roller coating:
Preparation before construction:
Mix component A and component B separately, and mix them according to the paint ratio (component A: component B=25:5). After mixing, cure for 20 minutes before use. The mixed paint should be used up within 4 hours.

Construction conditions:
The construction temperature should be above 10 ℃, and the coating interval should be 16-24 hours (at room temperature).

Use a specialized diluent for dilution.

Cleaning of construction tools:
Use epoxy diluent to clean construction tools.

Environmental requirements:
The construction environment should be clean and dry, with dry and dust-free air. The bottom coat should form a uniform film on the base surface, and using sandpaper to finely polish before applying the top coat is beneficial for increasing conductivity. The surface resistance after drying should be ≤ 1.0 × 109 Ω.
