High wear resistant diluent is a solvent based additive specifically used in conjunction with high wear resistant coatings, paints, and other materials. Its main function is to adjust the viscosity of the coating to achieve a suitable construction state, which is convenient for painting, spraying and other operations, while not having a negative impact on the final wear resistance of the high wear-resistant coating, and can promote the uniformity and integrity of the coating film formation process to a certain extent.

It can quickly and fully dissolve various components in high wear-resistant coatings, ensuring the uniformity of the coating system. Generally, it can make the coating reach the surface dry state within a few hours to more than ten hours at room temperature, while continuing to dry and solidify internally to form a high wear-resistant coating structure. After specialized research and formulation, it has high compatibility with various types of high abrasion resistant coatings. It will not undergo chemical reactions with resins, curing agents (if any), wear-resistant fillers, etc. in the coating, ensuring that the originally designed wear resistance and other physical and chemical properties of the coating are fully utilized. For example, for epoxy high wear resistant coatings, specialized diluents can work well with their curing process, resulting in a hard and wear-resistant epoxy coating with good adhesion and flexibility.
