2. Product Features

Convenient construction and high efficiency

More material-efficient and cost-effective

Uniform surface effect and excellent sealing performance

Fast drying speed and short construction period

3. Construction Process

Floor Base Preparation: Grind and clean the floor, then perform dust extraction.

Primer Coat Application: Mix the solvent-free epoxy primer at a 2:1 ratio, stir evenly with an electric drill, and apply directly to the floor via roller coating. The minimum dosage is 0.2 kg/㎡.

Intermediate Mortar Coat: Mix the solvent-free epoxy intermediate coat at a 2:1 ratio, add appropriate quartz sand and powder, stir evenly with an electric drill, and apply directly to the floor via trowel coating. The dosage depends on the required actual thickness.

Intermediate Putty Coat: Mix the solvent-free epoxy intermediate coat at a 2:1 ratio, add appropriate 100-mesh quartz powder (No. 10 sand), and apply the putty coat via trowel scraping. The dosage depends on the required actual thickness.

Topcoat Sealing Layer: Mix the same-color self-leveling topcoat at a 4:1 ratio, and apply directly to the floor via roller coating. The minimum dosage is 0.08 kg/㎡.

Self-Leveling Topcoat Layer: Mix the roller-applied self-leveling topcoat at a 4:1 ratio, stir evenly with an electric drill, and apply directly to the floor via roller coating. The minimum dosage is 0.3 kg/㎡.

4. Construction Precautions

During construction, pay attention to floor flatness and capillary pores; properly handle floor cracks to avoid cracking.

Each construction process can only be carried out after the previous coating reaches the full curing stage; do not rush or force construction.

For transparent colors (prone to showing the underlayer), the intermediate coat should be as close to the topcoat color as possible before applying the topcoat. When constructing large areas, pay attention to color difference around joints.

The construction temperature should be 5~35℃. Consult the manufacturer if the temperature is too high/low or humidity is excessive.

Two-component materials consist of a base agent and a curing agent; pay attention to the mixing ratio of each set of materials during construction.

Select different types of curing agents according to seasonal transitions.

For winter operation, the pot life of each set of materials is approximately 60 minutes. For summer operation, the pot life is approximately 25 minutes. Avoid direct sunlight for storage in summer; be sure to store materials in a cool area before use.
