Epoxy Textured Floor Coating (Orange-Peel Epoxy Floor Coating)
1. Scope of Application
Suitable for garage driveways, canteens with mild anti-slip requirements in offices, and other industries that require aesthetics, wear resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance, such as schools, offices, and underground garages.
2. Product Features
A. Textured surface increases floor friction, achieving anti-slip and noise reduction effects;
B. Wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, and impact-resistant;
C. Resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts, and oils;
D. Thickness: 1mm-3mm.
3. Construction Process
1. Substrate Preparation: Grind and clean the floor, then vacuum;
2. Primer Coating Construction: Mix solvent-free epoxy primer at a ratio of 2:1, stir evenly with a hand drill, and roll-coat directly on the floor, with an application amount of no less than 0.2KG/㎡;
3. Mid-Coat Mortar Layer: Mix solvent-free epoxy mid-coat at a ratio of 2:1, add an appropriate amount of quartz sand and powder, stir evenly with a hand drill, and trowel directly on the floor; the application amount depends on the actual thickness requirement;
4. Mid-Coat Putty Layer: Mix solvent-free epoxy mid-coat at a ratio of 2:1, add an appropriate amount of 100-mesh quartz powder (No. 10 sand), and trowel the putty layer; the application amount depends on the actual thickness requirement;
5. Topcoat Sealing Layer: Mix the same-color textured topcoat at a ratio of 5:1, and trowel directly on the floor, with an application amount of no less than 0.1KG/㎡;
6. Textured Topcoat Layer: Mix the textured topcoat at a ratio of 5:1, stir evenly with a hand drill, and trowel or roll-coat on the floor. After applying the material, construction personnel wear spiked shoes to level the surface evenly with a texturing roller in horizontal and vertical directions. The application amount can be adjusted according to the customer's requirements for different sizes of textured floors, ranging from 0.4-0.6 KG/㎡.
